Navid Bahadori
Chair/Secretary
Navid Bahadori is an award-winning executive producer / producer of films, documentaries and short form projects. Navid has extensive experience in production management, pitching and funding across a range of projects with both international and domestic financing sources.
Navid is an Australian Legal Practitioner, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and a Certified Tax Advisor (2012). Navid served as a Board Member of the Arts Law Centre of Australia for 9 years.
Navid lives and works in Launceston, Tasmania.

Ros Walker
Public Officer
Ros is an experienced producer. Recent credits including feature documentaries Into the Deep (Netflix Original, Sundance), Everybody’s Oma (MIFF, SIFF, STAN) and Splice Here; A Projected Odyssey (MIFF, DOC NYC) and online series The 100 Project which has had over 3m views on Tik Tok!
Ros’ current slate includes online series Silver Power and feature documentaries Chasing the Gold and POINTE, releasing late 2025. Ros was Producing Lecturer at VCA School of Film & TV, Director of Screen Production FTI (WA) and Manager of Film Victoria. Ros is based in Hobart and is deeply committed to screen industry advocacy.

Andy DelVecchio
Deputy Chair
Andy DelVecchio, based in Launceston, has two decades of experience shooting, directing and editing films and digital media. Andy’s films have been nominated and won awards for both documentary and drama genres.
Andy started his working life telling stories as a guide, establishing Tasmania’s first Backpacker Tour and selling it in 2004 to make films and study the craft. He now also teaches Screen and Media at TasTafe.
Andy has been a Board member of Wide Angle Tasmania Inc since 2017.

Rose Schramm

Rose Schramm is a respected Hobart-based Tasmanian filmmaker and teacher, renowned for her extensive expertise across many facets of the filmmaking industry.
She has played a pivotal role in nurturing aspiring filmmakers throughout Tasmania, and excels in fostering community-based and regional learning initiatives. Focusing on teaching more vulnerable and isolated community members, her commitment to empowering individuals through digital literacy and creative expression has been instrumental in helping to shape a new generation of storytellers within the region.
