This week join Angela Scurrah to explore the world of Entertainment law… what do you need to know about chain of title? 

After graduating from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Arts / Laws, Angela Scurrah worked in Hobart briefly before relocating to London where she worked for 8 years  at Lee & Thompson LLP in what became the largest film and television department outside of North America.  During that time Angela was involved in a range of film and television transactions – acting for clients from all sectors of the independent film industry including financiers, producers, sales agents and distributors.  After returning home to Hobart in 2018 to have a family Angela commenced work with Simpsons Solicitors in early 2019.
