Making Films That Sell! (And How to Build a Company around that)

Steve Jaggi and his executive team - Sophie Tilson, Kelly Son Hing and Kylie Pascoe - will present a session on developing commercial feature film concepts, followed by a Q&A.
The session will be focused on developing commercial feature film concepts that can be sold in both national and international markets. Tasmanian writers, directors and producers are invited to attend this morning session. The presentation will run for roughly 40 minutes followed by a 40-minute Q&A.
Based in Queensland, Australia, The Steve Jaggi Company (SJc) is dedicated to developing, producing and financing quality commercial feature films and series. Productions include features such as This Little Love of Mine, Romance on the Menu, Chocolate Oyster and Back of the Net, as well as the television series Dive Club.
Are you a Tasmanian writer? Subsequent to this information session, Steve Jaggi’s development team will consider two-page pitches from Tasmanian writers with a view to working with at least one Tasmanian writer and developing a Tasmanian feature film project.
If you are interested in the opportunity to have your feature film project considered by the Steve Jaggi Company, come along to Wide Angle Tasmania on Friday July 8 2022 at 10.00am for a short session and Q&A.

This is a Screen Tasmania and Wide Angle Tasmania event.
