Kylie Eastley - Project Officer
Kylie Eastley is a Freelance Creative Producer, Arts Manager and Curator who has worked across a range of art platforms in Tasmania over the past 20 years. She has had senior roles in Big hART Inc, Tasmanian Regional Arts, Ten Days on the Island, Tasmanian Writers Centre and joins Wide Angle to manage a new pilot project funded by the Tasmanian Community Fund. She recently redesigned and developed the Cradle Mountain Wilderness Gallery, where she continues in her role as Curator. She has been the curator for the Tasmanian Portraiture Prize for the past four years, while delivering a number of other projects including;
- a one year arts consultancy on Flinders Island working with nine local artists to produce a major exhibition
- a Stage Producer/Director role with Tarkine in Motion; a show staged as part of the Festival of Voices in 2016 and
- the development of Creative Community Development training and delivery to 34 communities across the state
