Calling Tassie Filmmakers! We’re reaching out with an opportunity to pitch your work.

Based on last year's success, we're again holding a speed pitching & networking session at the Wide Angle Screen Centre. It’s a one-hour event that completes a workshop we’re hosting for six not-for-profit organisations. They will be keen to meet local filmmakers that can create professional video content for their organisations!

This pitching event is an opportunity to meet, showcase your talent and potentially gain production work in 2022/23.

We have capacity for six (paid-up members of Wide Angle) filmmakers. In a speed-dating set-up, you’ll have 10 minutes to ‘show & tell’ with each NFP organisation. The filmmakers selected for the event will receive more information to help tailor their pitch.

If you’re keen, send an expression of interest -  just an email about your experience working to a client’s brief, or developing a film with a NFP, and a link to some of your previous work.
