End Game is an initiative that was run by Wide Angle Tasmania from 2018 to 2021. Through eight spectacular rounds, over 50 Tasmanian filmmakers were mentored to reach their screen goals.
Ideas ranged from creating mental health and wellbeing plans to developing TV series bibles. Some wrote scripts, some expanded business concepts, others researched educational opportunities. Many of the participants shot showreels to demonstrate their makeup or acting abilities, proof-of-concepts to pitch their projects to broadcasters, or short films to develop their skills and expand their networks.
Come along to our Friday Freelancer drinks on Friday November 4 as we share some of the content produced, and enjoy a packed night of short films, showreels and speeches, from the participants of rounds 1-8 of Wide Angle Tasmania's End Game initiative.
